CreditCares provides consultancy and DSA coordination services. It is not a lender and does not sanction loans.

Website purpose

The website provides general information, indicative calculators and a way to submit a business-finance enquiry. Nothing on the website is a loan offer, sanction, commitment, investment recommendation, legal advice or tax advice.

Lender decisions

Any selected lender independently decides eligibility, amount, pricing, fees, LTV, tenure, security, documentation, conditions, timing and approval. Enquiry amounts from ₹1 crore to ₹500 crore describe the range that may be discussed, not an assurance of availability.

Accuracy and estimates

Calculator outputs, examples, scheme descriptions and educational comparisons are indicative. Current terms must be verified directly with the selected lender and relevant professional adviser. No named product, institution, scheme, manufacturer or location implies endorsement, partnership or government affiliation.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and use the website lawfully.
• Review any WhatsApp message before sending it.
• Do not submit OTPs, passwords, card PINs or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
• Independently review lender documents before signing or paying any fee.

Intellectual property and availability

CreditCares website content and branding may not be copied or misrepresented without permission. Website availability may be changed or interrupted, and content may be updated when policies or services change.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, CreditCares is not responsible for a lender's independent decision, third-party service, or loss caused by relying on an estimate as a final offer. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
