Advisory Charter & Fee Transparency

How We Work & Our Advisory Fees

CreditCares is an Indian debt advisory and syndication firm structuring ₹10 Crore to ₹500 Crore corporate facilities, alongside supporting MSME loans from ₹50 Lakh. We operate under absolute fee transparency, ethical disclosures, and institutional confidentiality.

Our Role: Advisory Firm & Direct Selling Agent (DSA)

CreditCares is an advisory firm, not a lender. All credit sanctions, loan amounts, interest rates, tenors, moratorium periods, and legal covenants are decided solely by the appraisal committees of empanelled commercial banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and development financial institutions.

Bridge Path Operating Model: For large-ticket corporate transactions (₹10 Cr to ₹500 Cr), CreditCares acts as an independent financial advisor and syndicator structuring Detailed Project Reports (DPR), CMA models, consortium alignment, and Inter-Creditor Agreements (ICA). For certain specific loans, CreditCares also acts as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and may receive an origination commission directly from the lender. In every case, this commission is fully and transparently disclosed to the client before any mandate or loan sanction is executed.
