CreditCares respects the sensitivity of corporate financials and adheres strictly to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and international banking secrecy conventions.
1. Scope of Information Collected
To conduct preliminary credit assessments, we collect enterprise metrics including company name, registration details, audited balance sheets, P&L statements, tax audit reports, CMA projections, GST returns, bank statements, and collateral property title records provided voluntarily by authorized representatives.
2. Use of Information & Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
All proprietary information collected is utilized exclusively for evaluating debt eligibility and packaging loan syndication dossiers for submission to vetted banking partners. We execute bilateral NDAs upon request prior to the receipt of detailed financial statements.
3. Zero Unauthorized Data Monetization
CreditCares does not sell, lease, trade, or distribute corporate leads, director contact information, or financial dossiers to third-party telemarketers or unauthorized external entities. Information is shared strictly with designated credit and risk management personnel of nominated lending banks.
4. Data Retention & Revocation
Borrowers may request the purging or destruction of electronic copies of their submitted financial dossiers from our advisory servers at any stage by submitting a written request to creditcaresindia@gmail.com.
