These terms describe the website's purpose and the boundaries of CreditCares services.

1. Consultancy and DSA status
CreditCares is a private business-finance consultancy and Direct Selling Agent. CreditCares is not a bank or NBFC and does not lend money.
2. No approval or term guarantee
An enquiry, discussion, calculator, document review or coordination step does not guarantee approval, eligible amount, pricing, LTV, tenure, security, timing or any other term. The respective lender independently decides all matters after assessment.
3. Website information
Website information is general and may not reflect a lender's current policy or an applicant's circumstances. It is not a sanction letter, offer, tax opinion, legal opinion, valuation or investment recommendation.
4. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use lawful documents, protect authentication secrets and avoid misrepresentation. Do not send information you are not authorised to share.
5. Third-party services
WhatsApp, email providers, social platforms and lender websites are third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Links do not by themselves establish endorsement or formal affiliation.
6. Availability and changes
The website may be updated, interrupted or changed. CreditCares may revise content to improve accuracy, security or service boundaries.
