1. Advisory Services Scope

CreditCares is a financial consultancy acting as a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) for registered banks and NBFCs in India. We do not issue loans directly, approve loan files, or act as an independent lender. Loan disbursal is at the sole discretion of the partner bank.

2. Accuracy of Documentation

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all documents (GST filings, property deeds, identity cards, audit sheets) shared with us are authentic and legally correct. CreditCares holds zero liability for rejection due to forged papers.

3. Fees & Payments

Our initial eligibility assessment is 100% free of charge. In complex syndication models (like high-value project finance), details regarding file processing and processing fees are structured individually in written contracts prior to file logins.

4. Disclaimer

CreditCares is not responsible for any market changes, rate hikes, or modifications of loan parameters by our partner banks. We strive to provide accurate rates, but final lending terms are dictated by banks after official credit sanctioning.
