c) The domain name https://www.creditcares.in (“Website”) is owned and operated by CreditCares, one of India’s leading loan agencies based in Kolkata, West Bengal.

d) For the purpose of these Terms:

  • “User” / “You” refers to any person or entity accessing or using the Website and its services, who is competent to enter into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  • “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to CreditCares.

  • “Parties” refers collectively to the User and CreditCares.

CreditCares does not provide loans directly. All loans are sanctioned by partner financial institutions.

3. Eligibility

By using this Website, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old.

  • Are competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  • Are accessing the Website for genuine financial purposes and not for fraud, data collection, or any unlawful activity.

CreditCares does not charge any upfront consultancy or processing fee from customers.
We receive service fees or commissions only after a loan is approved and disbursed by the partnered bank or NBFC.

If any third party or person claims to represent CreditCares and requests payment before loan approval, please report it immediately to info@creditcares.in. CreditCares will not be responsible for such unauthorized transactions.

6. User Obligations

By using this Website, you agree to:
