Our role as a consultancy, not a lender
CreditCares is a private loan consultancy and Direct Selling Agent. We are not a bank, NBFC, or government body, and are not authorised to sanction, disburse or guarantee any loan.
Our role is to assess your profile, prepare documentation, and place your application with our panel of 80+ banks and NBFCs. Final loan approval, sanction amount, interest rate and terms are at the sole discretion of the lending institution.
We do not charge any fee for guaranteeing sanction, and we do not guarantee approval of any application.
Fees and compensation
We do not charge upfront advisory fees to borrowers in the normal course of our service; our compensation typically comes from partner lenders upon successful disbursal, or as a transparent success fee agreed with you in advance.
Any fee structure specific to your engagement will be communicated to you clearly before you proceed.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and documentation for your loan application. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay or prevent processing, and you are responsible for the consequences of any misrepresentation.
