Job Description:

As a Sales Telecaller at CreditCares, you will play a crucial role in driving our loan services\' growth by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our loan products. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive ability will help us expand our customer base and maintain our reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make daily outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads to introduce and explain our loan products.
• Client Engagement: Understand client needs and recommend suitable loan products, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads, schedule appointments for loan consultations, and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all interactions are documented.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on CreditCares’ loan products, services, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
• Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to management on call outcomes and market insights, and prepare regular reports on call activities and results.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the financial sector.
• Education: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
• Customer-Centric: Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
• Persistence: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Target-Driven: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
