6. Client Payment Safety and Fraud Awareness

CreditCares does not authorize any employee, agent, or associate to collect money in their personal name, personal bank account, UPI ID, wallet, or cash.
Clients should not make any payment unless they receive written confirmation through an official CreditCares email ID ending with
@creditcares.in.Any promise of guaranteed loan approval, faster sanction, credit score improvement, or special benefit in exchange for personal payment is unauthorized.
CreditCares is not responsible for losses arising from payments made outside official, documented channels.
Clients are strongly advised to verify all payment-related communication using official contact details listed on the Website.
7. Employee Conduct and Misuse Prevention
To protect clients and company integrity, all employees, associates, DSAs, consultants, and partners are strictly prohibited from:
Misusing the CreditCares name, brand, logo, phone numbers, or identity
Collecting money directly from clients in any personal capacity
